Responsibilities:
Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analysing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
Create & execute unit test plans and appropriate walk-thrus. Create technical specifications for a small project. Build or maintain interfaces to third party components or other computer systems. Contribute to the development of programming standards. Does research into technical standards. Update and create new screens. Changes on-line navigation. Understands and adheres to user interface standards. Solve and implement the resolution to less structured technical problems with the potential for greater system impact. Assist in making recommendations for technology decisions for the immediate programming team. Participate on project team. Work independently. May function as technical lead for small projects. Regularly suggest options for technical solutions to business needs. Manage small projects (2
resources) by documenting scope and requirements. Defines tasks, dependencies and estimates with guidance. Understand business processes associated with primary systems to then be able to identify and grasp any business problems. Use this knowledge to present viable alternatives in terms the customer can understand. Demonstrate and encourage others to use positive teaming skills within work group. Provides technical training on primary system(s) to programming teams and customers in an informal setting. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or any combination of experience and education that provides the skills and abilities necessary to perform the job. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information. Solid verbal and written communications skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in a group setting. Obtain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the subsystem(s) and an understanding of all subsystems within the system. Must be proficient coding at least 3 of the following: DAP, ALR, VB, ASP, SQL, HTML, Javascript, XML, C#. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of at least one file structure and database. Travel is required: 1-10%Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
