Responsibilities:
Summary
Maintain accounts, records, ledgers, and statements of the Company's financial condition according to professional and Company Standards.
Prepare and submits government and management financial reports.
Prepares statements, schedules, filings, and reports. Complies, balances, and controls necessary data. Assists in the preparation of more complex reprts. Maintains and controls worksheets, reports, ledgers, postings, filing calendars, and other data. Updates information as required. Prepares and processes summaries. Analyzes reports for various accounts and establishes controls. Prepares analysis reports. Resolves discrepancies within limits of authority. Reviews and evaluates existing procedures and operations in assigned area. Makes recommendations regarding improvements. Performs other duties as special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university 1-2 years at Accountant I level desirable. A solid, demonstrated understanding of accounting concepts Ability to organize, self-prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with demanding internal and external deadlines Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
