The OE Inside Sales Specialist job provides administrative support for the OE management team.
Checking customer's production schedule, Monitoring inventory level, Reporting Sales report & Account receivable & payable.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.
Supporting lead generation plans to increase annual targets.
2.
Working with the Chief Branch Manager and Sr.
Account Manager to determine essential strategic approaches to monitor sales activities 3.
Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
4.
Outbound and inbound invoice account management by checking and monitoring monthly account receivable amounts with customers.
5.
Monitor past/over-due payments.
Notify management team of discrepancies.
6.
Prepare request for payment to NTA 7.
Timely invoicing and payment of services.
8.
Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation w/ Account Managers, as needed 9.
Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the management team.
10.
Monitor and maintain accurate office supplies for the OE team.
11.
Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
12.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries 13.
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up 14.
Preparing drafts for budget and cost planning for Chief Branch Manager 15.
Preparing accurate reports for monthly sale out status 16.
Prepare Business Trip Support ( Hotel, Rent a car & air flights) for the Management Team 17.
Preparing daily market and bi-weekly update reports for Management Team 18.
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:

Able to work proactive and positive & self-directed problem solving effort 2.
Communication skills with clients and team members 3.
Expert in Microsoft Excel 4.
Mathematical logic skills 5.
Fast learning CRM software solutions.
6.
Flexibility of office hour (1 2 evening meeting per month) 7.
Manage computer files and folder systematically 8.
Logistics experience 9.
Spanish speaker preferred Education and
Experience:

Relevant training in Customer Service Working Hours:
