We are seeking highly motivated candidates with Sales/BDC experience and a deep understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
Working remotely and independently, you will play a crucial role in our mission to serve the disabled community by providing wheelchair accessible minivans and full-size vans with lifts.

Your
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound prospect leads through various channels such as phone, email, internet, webform, and social media, to schedule sales appointments.
Maintain a disciplined work approach and consistently achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume business development environment.
Handle incoming sales calls professionally and courteously.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, as well as OSHA and safety regulations, and state-mandated standards.
Ensure completion of assigned tasks and procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
Embrace MobilityWorks' Core Values with enthusiasm and dedication.
Actively participate in a teamwork environment, supporting peers, clients, and sales management.
Screen and qualify sales prospects promptly and professionally, creating wheelchair accessible van solutions and scheduling appointments.
Enter prospect lead data accurately and promptly into the Salesforce CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
3
years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or telemarketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with an automotive call center is advantageous.
Strong client service discipline and a warm, friendly demeanor.
Proficiency with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and integrated phone systems.
Demonstrated success in multitasking and following up to drive client contact and conversions, with a focus on key performance indicators.
Ability to successfully pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High energy and a positive attitude.
Highly effective communication skills with a persuasive phone presence.
